MATERIAL
This material is called vinyl and it is a self-adhesive clingfilm for the decoration of walls, vehicles, all the possible interior and eterior applications on smooth surfaces.
DURATION OF THE MATERIAL
In interiors the duration is unlimited.
Material guaranteed 5 years in exterior, metallized 3-4 years. This material resists perfectly any meteorological inclemency.

CUTTING PLOTTERS USED AT THE MANUFACTERING OF THE STICKERS
The plotter which cuts the vinyl is Summa S160 series Tangential. It is the king of the cutting plotters and it can cut up to 160m (most of the plotters on the market cannot cut more than 120 cm. Our plotter uses a tangential method of cutting. This is infinitely superior, faster and more precise than the method blade trawl (used in the traditional plotters and by most of the current sign makers). In this kind of method, the cutter is the one that makes the blade and not the drag, and when it finishes one lap it ends exactly where it started and this makes the cut more clean and accurate.

Composition
The adhesive is formed from 3 parts:
1. The support paper or the silicon paper
2. The mask or conveyor
3. The vinyl sticker
The mask is used to apply easily the adhesive on the chosen surface
Final result after the placement
This adhesives don't have fund, this means once placed, the fund is the surface where we have applied them. The material is very similar to the one that we see every day on the commercial vans in our city. They resist to washing under pressure 24 hours after the placement.
