As a general rule, all the purchases you do in TeleAdhesivo.com are subjected to the general conditions exposed in this document.

1. Modes of payment
a) Bank trasfer.
b) Credit card.

a)Bank Transfer
When you choose to pay the order by Bank Transfer, you will receive along with the e-mail to confirm the order, another one with the number of the bank account where you should do the transfer for Banner Rotulación S.C..
It is very important to indicate the number of the order, as well as your first and last name, and do the transfer in the first 3 days after the confirmation of the order to be able to validate it.
If you want, you can send the proof of the payment by fax +34 902 013 562 or by e-mail at atencionalcliente@teleadhesivo.com . But anyway the order won't be considered as paid until our administration department has the banking confirmation of the transfer.
Don't forget that you have to do the payment in EURO and that all possible exchange commissions will be charged in your account if you choose other system of payment. In the case of bank transfers from abroad it is very important to let the bank know that it has to charge the comissions, those comissions that correspond to your bank. If you don't do that, Teleadhesivo.com will stop the delivering of your order until it is entirely paid.
b) Credit Card
We guarantee you that all the transactions made in Teleadhesivo.com are 100% safe. All the operations that imply a transmission of personal or banking details are made safely. Teleadhesivo.com uses a server based on standard safe technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All the information you send us travels ciphered in the network.
In the same way, the details of your credit card don't remain registered in any data base and they go directly to TPV (Point Terminal Sale of the bank). The gateways of payment belong to Sabadell Banc and Deutche Bank. You can choose any of the two, the one that you prefer to make the payment.
Besides, we would like to inform you that with an effort to provide greater security to the owners of credit cards, we have incorporated in our gateway of payment the so called system of payment CES (Safe Electronic Trade). Otherwise, if you are the owner of a “safe” credit card, you will always be able to pay with VISA or MASTERCARD in out shop.
In both cases, when paying with VISA or MASTERCARD you will always be asked the following details: the number of the credit card, the expiration date and a validation code which contains the last 3 ciphers of the number printed in Italic on the back side of your VISA or MASTERCARD credit card, offering this way more guarantees concerning the safety of this transaction.
What is CES (SET Safe Electonic Trade)?
CES is a system which assures the transactions in Internet promoted by Visa International, MasterCard, Microsoft and Netscape, besides others. The major goal is to offer the highest security both to the user of the Internet and to the companies which sell through the Network when authenticating the buyer as the legitimate owner of the credit card he is using.
When doing this, when you try to pay with a “secure” VISA or MASTERCARD, you will be asked, besides the number and the expiration date, a personal key of exclusive use for purchases in Internet which identifies you, in an absolute right way, as the owner of the card. This way, nobody will be able to buy in Internet if they don't know that key. You will be able to distinguish if the Safe Electronic Trade protocol is activated by seeing the logos of VISA “Verified by Visa” and MASTERCARD “MasterCard Security Code”.
 
If you don't have already a personal key of exclusive use for payments in Internet, we advise you to request to your financial institution to adhere the cards at the Safe Electronic Trade service. In order to do this you can contact your bank or if you are client of the electronic bank you can ask for it directly on-line.

The price of the articles exposed in this web page includes the Value Added Tax (VAD). The purchases made by the countries of the European Union will be charged with VAD.

2. Forms of shipping and delivery time
The orders will be handled the first working day after the day of its confirmation. Besides this, you have to take into account that the delivery time is counted in weekdays and it may suffer changes because of local or national holidays. And remember, if you choose to pay the order with bank transfer, it won't be done until we don't have the proof of the payment.
TELEADHESIVO.com reserves the right to change the mode of delivering and the company of deliveries, no matter what is exposed in these pages, but on the condition it doesn't affect the client.

Cash on delivery: In this case if you choose to pay with cash on delivery the price of the order will increase 8 euros because of the taxes that have to be paid.

BY CERTIFICATE MAIL: The delivery time of the order is between 7 and 15 weekdays. The delivery is through Mail service and with confirmation. The price of the packaging and delivery is 5 Euros for all the countries of the world.

3. Personalized sizes of the stickers
In Teleadhesivo.com we try to offer the most common sizes of the stickers and we want to satisfy all the necessities of the client. But in case you don't find the size you are looking for, please write to us at the e-mail address to the Customer Service Department.

4. Guarantee
When buying in Teleadhesivo.com you have a guarantee of 1 year in all the articles. This guarantee covers any kind of fabrication defect which can happen in time. Naturally, the defects or imperfections due to an incorrect way of using the material or the wears produced by a normal use of it aren't included in this guarantee.
The decreases in the functionality of the articles, caused by the limitations of concepts of these ones, are also excluded of this guarantee. That is way, in order to avoid possible unpleasant surprises, we recommend you to consult our pages of information and our catalogue or the specialized advice of our sellers.
5. Rebates and material changes
Our Customer Service department disposes of an after-sales service which settles whatever problem with our articles or deliveries, this way offering a rapid and effective attention to our clients. In case you receive any defective article or with a different size or color with respect at what you ordered, or if you receive an incorrect order, we will send you a new package free in order to remedy the error made.
