In this section we describe in detail everything that we do. We make stickers in cut vinyl and in printed vinyl then cut around. So this section is made up by three parts:

1• Cut vinyl stickers

2• Printed vinyl stickers

3• Packaging

1.-Cut vinyl stickers.

1.- The material in which are made the stickers: the vinyl.
This material is called vinyl and is an adhesive material. It is used to decorate the vehicles, the sign makers, the posters and every possible exterior application on flat or rolling surfaces. This material is guaranteed for 5 years in the exterior, and 3-4 years in the case of the metalized. This material perfectly resists any harsh weather. The placement of these stickers is very simple. You can find these stickers in the colors that exist in our table. The vinyl has the same color both on the exterior and on the adhesive side. This way, it can perfectly be placed on the interior of glasses and cars' windscreens with the goal of seeing it from the exterior of the window (see option “Inverted”).

1.- Cutting plotters used at the manufacturing of the stickers.

The plotter which cuts the vinyl is Summa S160 series Tangential . It is the king of the cutting plotters and it can cut up to 160m (most of the plotters on the market cannot cut more than 120 cm. Our plotter uses a tangential method of cutting. This is infinitely superior, faster and more precise than the method blade trawl (used in the traditional plotters and by most of the current sign makers). In this kind of method, the cutter is the one that makes the blade and not the drag, and when it finishes one lap it ends exactly where it started and this makes the cut more clean and accurate.

Composition The sticker is made by three parts: the support paper or the silicon paper, the mask or conveyor and the sticker itself. The mask is used to apply the sticker on the wanted surface.

	Final result after the assembly These stickers don't have a fund so it means that once placed, the surface where we applied the stickers is the fund. This material is very similar to the one we see every day on the vans that run in our town. They resist washing pressure once passed 24 hours after the assembly. 2.-Stickers made in eco-solvent printing on vinyl 1.-Description of the stickers They are made in digital eco-solvent printing with high resolution on white or transparent vinyl of the highest quality with machines that use the best technology on the market. They resist 5 years to sunlight and they fall under a layer of varnish so they can resist washing pressure. They are also sent with a protective layer of conveyor in order to be protected until their collocation. 2.- Plotters used to cut and print the stickers The machine that makes these stickers is a Roland VersaCAMM SP-300 V. VersaCAMM is capable of printing graphics of high durability both in interiors and exteriors without coating. The printer/cutter uses a heating system integrated and the advanced Eco-SOL INK to print a great variety of full color graphics and of high durability outdoor, without the necessity of ventilation. Eco-SOL INK is very safe to be used and it doesn't give off any smell. VersaCAMM can cut graphics automatically and accurately without having to charge them twice or place them and it also functions as cutter of the independent vinyl. This combination of printing and cutting in only one machine improves a lot the speed of production and the ease of use. -Eco-SOL INK -Firm adherence to surfaces, both coated and uncoated. -Safe use and respect to the environment. -Resolution up to 1440 ppp with variable technology size of ink drops -Waterproof graphics, resistant to scratches and UV up to 3 years outdoor -Use of ink cartridges of 220 ml (CMYK). -Software VERSAWORKS (RCR) of Roland included. -QuadrAlign: optical recording system of four points. -It accepts materials up to 736 mm wide
3.- Packaging
Packaging The stickers are properly packaged in tubes of reinforced cardboard or in practical envelopes also reinforced with cardboard. This assures that all our stickers arrive properly to the client. In the packages which include the spatula of application, this one is put as a cap.	Teleadhesivo Packs before being sent	ATTENTION!
